Service was quick. However, it would be great if the patient could opt into choosing to speak with a female or male or either one option. I had a recent phone visit regarding a female related health issue and spoke with a male medical professional who was clearly not well educated on common symptoms surrounding that female health issue. I felt unheard and misunderstood and he cut me off saying that my symptoms were not what I said it could be even I have had the same exact symptoms before and knew that all I needed was certain medications to help. I also wish I could rate the male person I spoke with as an individual because we was anything but professional. He was extremely rude, did not listen to me, cut me off and was adamant that I had a more serious condition. Are they not suppose to provide care and comfort? Disappointed, but I have had better experiences speaking to female doctors about female related health issues.

I had servive with Teladoc through my insurance and my service was suddenly cancelled without warning. I’ve tried to reverse the decision to no avail. I’m really disappointed by my treatment from this company.

I have an eye infection that I’ve had multiple times in my life. I informed the doctor that is the same symptoms I have every time and that an antibiotic eyedrop has always been prescribed and has been effective. Even though I am a 62-year-old woman who is very aware of my health issues, the doctor refused to believe an anabiotic eyedrop would be effective. I’m not happy with the chair I was given today.

I hate this. My company encourages this “user friendly” and “great” service. But to he honest its been just one big cluster f@3$ from the start. Logging in is a nightmare and getting support is worse. I hate this.

Not really good feedback to provide and not a proud moment to have use this and spent money and valuable time. I’ve used it one time in 2022 the Dr forgot to call in the prescription . In 2023 eye infection, doctor called me in a vitamin, which I could’ve went to the store and got that … Walgreens said they don’t carry over the counter meds and vitamins in the pharmacy I have to go to the store. Finally, the Dr called in the same script and told me to call the pharmacy to verify so i did and they advised me I need to call the Dr back to correct it. at least it was only $20 not a huge mistake on my part or lesson learned.

I had never used anything virtual for a Doctor’s appointment until today. I have a sinus infection and also a winter eczema flare up with a weekend trip coming up so I was pressed for time. Not only did it save me time but it also saved me money, only $9 with my copay for my BCBS coverage, much cheaper than an office visit and the gas to get there. The Doctor was thorough in discussing my issues and very helpful. I will definitely be using this service in the future and I definitely recommend it for simple care. What a value!

It’s disappointing that my appointments get cancelled last minute after taking the time off work for them. No assistance with rescheduling then I have to start the process all over again.

You can’t rebook with someone you have already had an appointment with, you have to fill out all documents, AGAIN to get an appointment. The rates they stated at my first session is not what I was charged for my second session, it was way more than I expected because I was expecting the rate I was given initially. Teladoc customer service doesn’t issue refunds! Wow! I am willing to pay what my initial visit was, just not the price that almost was 3xs the amount. Also, why the were A-OK to accept AETNA insurance the 1st time, and the second time they DID NOT accept it, what in the world! This is not very helpful!

I don’t know how it’s legal to promote yourself as therapy. This app says that you can get an appointment within days or even 24 hours. They say they take your insurance, but are there any real doctor is on this app? Has anybody else been able to make an obtain an appointment and therapy from this app? It’s only been three days and I’m already had enough with saying that I have an appointment thinking that I have an appointment just for the appointment to get canceled again I feel like this is a scam I feel like you guys are trying to make money and insurance money off of people that are desperate most. Not only does this NOT produce results or actual therapist but the constant notifications, letting me know there are messages to be seen in the app when there are not any new messages. Save yourself the runaround. This app is useless!!!
