The app works great with an iPhone. I use my iPad in landscape mode and the App will stay only in portrait mode, no matter what. The developer should take care of this to be used in landscape mode as well.

The app is one of the better apps—you can do a lot!! Beware the promotions. The reps DO NOT have a full understanding of the promotions they are pushing and T-Mobile has not gotten one bill correct yet— I have to call every month to try to straighten out my bill. The service reps try to fix it— after an hour or so they tell me it’s all good. They credit my account. Then next month— BOOM— I’m calling again because my bill is wrong. Unacceptable !! If you’re signing up for a T-Mobile promo RUN!! Go somewhere else. Cricket was good. Only had to call once for them...

When i became a customer the level of service and help i get is phenomenal i can walk into any store and get helped over the phone i am satisfied by the level of service I get I had an issue a few months after I joined a Kool spoke to a representative on the phone and within about a day they resolve the issue and I was able to get the magenta military plan for that level of service I am eternally grateful I’m so happy to be a T-Mobile customer that I had an extra cell phone with another company I just went and switched it to my tmobile plan! 👍🏾Now if we can find a way to stop with this automatic force changing of passwords every so often that would be excellent to because once you get a good password let you know when you can remember the last thing you wanna do is change it unless you have to😀

As good of an app I have used for a company as there is out there. If there’s an issue, they are there to chat really quick. Everything is easy to navigate. Have been extremely satisfied with the T mobile experience since switching from Verizon- saved huge money and service is solid.. inside buildings still dicey at times, and every so often hit a little bit dead spots but all in all the money savings is well with the few hiccups every once in a while

Overall, a pretty good app, but chat feature doesn’t work. Type in a message, hit send, and message disappears- it doesn’t show up in the transcript window and you don’t get a reply!

I switched to T mobile after being with AT&T like forever. The costs were 1/2 of what I have been charged with AT&T. I am getting clear and uninterrupted services for the 1st time. No over charges no craziness and I was able to talk to a real live person. No chat crap pre cut questions if my questions were multiple. I am less stressed. Thank you! ☺️👌

This is an amazing app. It runs smoothly and has everything organized very well for me to review. Now, please enable slideshow view on iPad. I want to be able to view it comfortably with my iPad Pro and using Smart Keyboard for this. It will be a game changer. Would use all the time.

I actually could not believe how kind every person was at the T-Mobile location off of Stacy in Allen,Texas. It was the last hour of the day, they continued to accept anyone arriving before closing, even though there was a wait list that would take hours to complete. (They easily remained at the store for another two hours.) They made sure everyone was served, their attitudes were incredibly polite, they were patient, and they answered every question. I’m truly impressed because I would have found it hard to remain happy two hours after closing, and coming back the next day. Great job all of you!

I have been a T-mobile customer for over 10 years and I am amazed at how much it has improved over the time. I love the flexibility and versatility of the service that T-mobile has for and my nomadic lifestyle. At one of my low. points when tragedy touched my family, and had to travel overseas, T-mobile had my back. I was able to keep my stateside family abreast of everything with free text messages throughout. It cost me nothing additional to my plan. Seriously. This was not a special offer. My similar experiences during another incident completely different. I love being a T-mobile customer. Yes, I am in it.

I stopped in to a T Mobile location in KENMORE NY at about 10am. It’s a very high traffic area so I wasn’t sure if I could get in and out while on my morning break at work. I didn’t have to wait more than a minute, and the T Mobile associate name Nathan was actually very good. And “very good” is under stating how knowledgeable, friendly, polite and funny he really was. So heExplain the special offer T-Mobile has for age 55 and older customers, and I switched my service to T-Mobile at that time and purchased the new iPhone 12 Max because of his recommendation. (I was interested in the iPhone anyway.) He answered all my questions and he showed me how to use the iPhone, and asked if I can leave my phone with him for 30 to 35 minutes while I go back to work, And he would transfer all of the data from my android to the new iPhone so I’ll be up and running and ready to use the phone immediately. I did that and I came back in 45 minutes and I was all set to go. The experience with T-Mobile was fantastic, I didn’t expect that going in but I am pleasantly surprised and happy with their service and their price so far.

I’m an IT deskside support tech, with front end, backend development experience. Two weekends ago I ordered an iPad and it was shipped to my old address although I had changed both my billing/shipping during the order. Didn’t save. Shipped to my old address. This week, I ordered iPhone 12 pro max and I had fixed my billing address issue, but during the order I had to change my billing from my shipping address. I look at the order status and found that the iPhone will be shipped to the correct shipping, but the payment will be rejected because my billing never updated to my normal billing address during the order. This disappoints me. Hopefully my credit card won’t reject. The app was not made to accept orders correctly. It needs to be repaired. If I change it during the order, it defaults anyhow. Needs to save all addresses correctly to keep customer appreciation.

The app is great. Very user friendly easy to navigate but please add the one option to update your address for your orders. Why is this a problem? Because iPhone preorders are backed up literally months. Things change. People move. Billing and shipping addresses change. You shouldn’t have to call and have rep change your address when it could easily be added to the “order status” page.

Called t mobile to update account. All the lines were busy so I requested a callback. The callback came after half hour like I was told. I answered the call on second ring and received a message stating that my call back was cancelled. This must have been phone rep quickly hanging to boost up their production. I called again this time message came stating call back would be 1 hour. I hung up and waited for callback. It came in about 40 minutes but was tape that put me on hold??? Finally the phone was answered by Kenneth who was very knowledgeable and excellent customer service representative. He completed all request in a timely manner and informed me about blocking scam calls if I was interested. Great customer service T-Mobile hold on to him. Great employee to have working for you. The overall app is very nice and I enjoy using it to pay my bill and the new update is easier to maneuver. I just wish it was easier to shop through the app. I tried shopping to see if T-Mobile offered any speakers or tables and I couldn't get pass phones or watches.

T-MOBILE hires well informed patient custeomer care reps. And THEY ALL cared for me during a hacking cyberstalking hyjacking and active ID theft. Better than local authorities. They are the only people ( that I never asked to help with that issue)that insisted on helping getting me safe and to the correct agencies to gather proof needed. Now I wait for feds.to gv the companies a request to get info on devices used to w my emails etc. THANK YOU T-MOBILE. I’ve had every service and 5 apple phns. 8androids 3 routers modems and 2 PCs. I’ve went n bought last month to replace all devices he was in and to get away. This company cares more than I did at the time. I was giving up. But I’m now going to wait for him to get bk in as I’m actively monitored by Cybercrime unit on my device. I’d like to thank them again. Because I was yelled at and told it wasn’t possible. By too many so called experts in tech. Well it is and we aren’t crazy. The hackers r just better than apples tech Norton’s tech etc. maybe they should use T-Mobile’s hiring process.

My whole family recently switched from Verizon to t mobile and the customer service we received from Thomas at the Waddell and Litchfield store was outstanding! He hooked us up with all these great promotions and cut our bill in half . He was so patient and explained everything to us and we could really tell how much he cared for his customers. We definitely will be spreading the word to our friends to switch to t mobile and see Thomas.

Before returning to TMobile, I was with AT&T and although it started out satisfactory with time ATT Service was terrible and just frustrating. Migrating to TMOBILE was the right move for value and service. We took advantage of a buy 1 get 1 iPhone but since then, there have been no incentives for upgrading to newer phones. These offers are reserved for new customers. If I as an existing customer wanted to take advantage of this I will have to PAY & ADD A LINE to my existing service. Right now Verizon is offering free iPhone 11 - I would hate to leave T-Mobile but there are no incentives for me to stay. This is the reality of mobile phone service - bounce around from carrier to carrier.

I was with Cingular when I first got a phone over 20 yrs ago who turned into ATT. I had no problems with my service and customer service was great then things changed in the last 5 yrs or so! My service was still great but ATT started screwing me on data! They say unlimited but start slowing you down when you get to a certain amount well that kept getting faster & faster! I knew I wasn't using that data because I had it turned off most of the time. When I finally had enough of them hounding me to up my data plan I came over to T-Mobile and have never regretted it! The most data I have used here is 3 gb so that shows you ATT wad screwing me! I love T-Mobile and am now their loyal customer!!

The app keeps locking me out after attempting to login the first try with my correct password. I can get into the website just fine, I tried changing the password on my phone and it logs me in but I asked it to save it to FaceID and it doesn’t. Everytime I launch the app I’m signed out. I have had nothing but trouble with my second phone line thru t mobile. I got it a few months ago and I’ve talked to tech dept. several times, gone back to the store where I bought the phone 3 times and went to the apple store twice and talked to apple support 3 or 4 times now. I keep getting bounced back and fort, I wish I could drop t mobile but I’m paying for the iPhone. I’m at my wits end. Can’t even download and app on that second phone, the phone is useless. The T-Mobile phone store staff even gave me a new SIM card. It didn’t do much. What do I do now? I guess I’m just stuck with a useless phone !

If I could give this app 0 Stars, I would. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for YEARS and this app has never been better than a 0 Star app. Anything beyond the Home Screen and I’m met with a blank page. This is a 7+ Year issue, spanning 3 phones, and only my first review. Maybe some of you are having a better experience, but from my own personal experience, this app deserves 0 Stars. No exaggeration.

So always remember To stop the auto pay if you ever leave Tombile. It will take them a month to give you your own money back that their system took after leaving them. It took me 3 calls over 2 weeks and 3 reps promising me to return my money back and still can’t get my money. I will never go back to T-Mobile.

App says it is not ready for me yet and suggests I use the mobile site. Has been doing this for over a year and seems to want to automatically connect to an old pre-paid account for a cool pad surf rather than my new account. Reinstalling the app does not fix this. I get no option to log out or back in again. Spent an hour on the phone with you to try to fix it, nobody has heard of the problem. It was escalated further to be investigated and never heard anything back. It’s a shame because when it did work it was a great app and I’m looking to upgrade my phone and see what great deals you guys can offer me ;) but without the extra wait times of using the mobile site in the browser. Hopefully you will read this and help me out!

Unable to update account details in the app for weeks now. Keeps saying service is unavailable when trying to change things like email address. Numerous contacts to T-Mobile support and ticket numbers filed with no resolution in sight. It’s getting ridiculous. All troubleshooting on my end has been done. Tested on multiple devices, computers. Cache cookies cleared, multiple browsers. Restarted devices and uninstalled/reinstalled app. Still broken. Please fix your problems.

You used to be able to manage your account from the app as a prepaid customer, but TMobile have bewilderingly removed that functionality. All the app does for you as a prepaid customer is provide a link to their “contact us” and “refill” websites and allow you to chat with an agent. Although the app has other buttons, none of them are functional unless you are a postpaid customer now.

It’s taken 3 days to get my payment to go through(and this happens practically every month now). Finally, right down to the wire, I got your app to “Accept and Submit”. And your website is just as bad! App & website don’t want to load... “Accept and Submit” doesn’t take, it just bounces right back to the prompt, not going through... and this isn’t even half the grievance I have against this app or your website. So glitchy, so laggy, absolutely totally inconvenient, the both of them! And since my local store had to close down during Covid, I don’t have the convenience of just popping in there to make my payment. Yes. It was actually MORE convenient to just drive over to the store to take care of any needs. This is ridiculous!! You can look through numerous other reviews in here giving similar complaints since apparently the start up of this app. And yet nothing seems to be getting done about it or your website. Seriously wondering if I need to look for a different plan. Really tired of this crap. 😡

Although I like T Mobile branding and their supposed ethos, and I think they are forward thinking with the eSIM app etc, I am an investor and am very disappointed with their customer support and treatment of me. They advertise “no robots, real people,” but so many times I have been left on a prerecorded loop, is that much better than a robot? This app here has never worked even once for me. I have to get on a desktop to do anything, because the mobile web app isn’t very functional either. The 24/7 chat support doesn’t live up to expectations, Verizon is infinitely better. Finally they advertise that you get a local “team of experts,” committed to serving your needs and that they will “even show you a photo.” Well, after some security concerns in Mt Holly, NC, T-Mobile I did request a photo to put faces to names and they refused. I am pretty sure my SIM card has been compromised by T-Mobile employees themselves. So disappointing because I do like their plan options and they have very good service. It could’ve been a good fit in the long run but they never allowed the relationship to flourish. I strongly advise against using eSIM for T-Mobile. Considering the fact they are owned by a foreign entity, not that I mind Telekom Deutsche having my data anymore than Google or Verizon, but they have different standards and laws and I don’t know to what extent they adhere to ours

This app is useless. Every time I get an email from T-Mobile to check out some document or notification, the link takes me to this app and basically a blank page. I have to call them every single time. Not only is it frustrating and annoying, but it makes me think they’re hiding the information from me so I can’t see it for myself. I am a brand new customer and have had nothing but problems with this service provider so far.. not happy that I switched.

I’ve been trying to log in through the app for more than a month now and it always times out or tells me that the info used is wrong. Same thing happens when logging in through the website! Called customer service and said all my info was right and to just give it time. In think about 2 months is enough time!! FIX IT!!!

I have been on the chat with them for 15 hours straight, have been transferred 7 times, and have been cause 3 severe panic attacks in that time period, because of the way I have been handled I have had to get ahold of my therapist for help because they had caused such severe emotional distress.

The app used to work perfectly before I changed my number 2 years ago. After that Ive only been able to log in a couple of times but then the website is always down and not working so i end up calling to talk to someone. As many updates are being done to different issues, the login issues need to be resolved quicker.

The app is useful when it works but I can’t count how many times the app is “being worked on” I use the correct password and just get an error message then get redirected to the site because the app is having difficulties, just to use the exact same password on the site and log in just fine.

I switched from straight talk to t mobile and fully regret it from the minute I switched. Firstly, I never gave them permission run my credit on a pre paid account. 2nd. They gave me zero incentives to switch-which I later found out they were supposed to. Third. My signals were horrible had no coverage. Fourth. Was supposed to have international coverage. Took a flight to Japan and nothing worked in Tokyo. Fifth. Was supposed to get free wifi on flights. Did not. Sixth. Changed to an E sim and it messed up my settings. They had no idea what they were doing. 7th. Was supposed to get free Netflix and did not! I cancelled before 30 days. Felt completely ripped off and scammed. Switched to google Fi and it’s been amazingly seamless with much better phone coverage. I’ll never ever give t mobile my business. Severely disappointed.

Developers, I Love T-Mobile but this version of the app is crashing frequently on my 12 Pro max. I can be chatting with support, viewing my bill, or anything and it will randomly close completely. This needs to be addressed and is highly frustrating.

The app keeps locking me out after attempting to login the first try with my correct password. I can get into the website just fine, I tried changing the password on my phone and it logs me in but I asked it to save it to FaceID and it doesn’t. Everytime I launch the app I’m signed out. I have had nothing but trouble with my second phone line thru t mobile. I got it a few months ago and I’ve talked to tech dept. several times, gone back to the store where I bought the phone 3 times and went to the apple store twice and talked to apple support 3 or 4 times now. I keep getting bounced back and fort, I wish I could drop t mobile but I’m paying for the iPhone. I’m at my wits end. Can’t even download and app on that second phone, the phone is useless. The T-Mobile phone store staff even gave me a new SIM card. It didn’t do much. What do I do now? I guess I’m just stuck with a useless phone !

My grandmothers phone was with sprint and she switched to spectrum but sprint wouldn’t unlock it for us so she had to buy a new phone but they could’ve made it easier and just unlock it, I would not recommend they won’t help you!

I switched from straight talk to t mobile and fully regret it from the minute I switched. Firstly, I never gave them permission run my credit on a pre paid account. 2nd. They gave me zero incentives to switch-which I later found out they were supposed to. Third. My signals were horrible had no coverage. Fourth. Was supposed to have international coverage. Took a flight to Japan and nothing worked in Tokyo. Fifth. Was supposed to get free wifi on flights. Did not. Sixth. Changed to an E sim and it messed up my settings. They had no idea what they were doing. 7th. Was supposed to get free Netflix and did not! I cancelled before 30 days. Felt completely ripped off and scammed. Switched to google Fi and it’s been amazingly seamless with much better phone coverage. I’ll never ever give t mobile my business. Severely disappointed.

Cannot get rid of it after so many tries and reboot with T-Mobile horrible horrible cs! It always links me to Philippines and I’m in USA!bought couple iPhones already from T-Mobile so tiered of spending money on the iPhone and service! Don’t download this is the bug! I’m switching to Verizon only service left but I’ll pay 10$ extra instead of getting crappy T-Mobile bugs glitches crap iPhone from there stores! And one last thing apple don’t care to help and replace your device even under warranty! Don’t download this

Every time I try to log in, I am told I am a Sprint customer. Is your app serious? This is honestly ridiculous. And when I do get lucky to log in, the app is trash. Every other log in I am told I am a sprint customer and to log in there. I literally pay T-Mobile.

I would have given 5 ⭐️ but my app is no longer working. It says it’s having technical difficulties whenever I try to log in and instructs me to go online. I have already tried to reinstall

This app does not work with prepaid service. I requested assistance for years by TMobile and they care more about Sprint customers. Prepaid customers are not important

I’ve tried for several days to open this app. Even tried link from T-Mobile. Still no luck. Downloads quickly but doesn’t work.

The app never works and I can never be able to open my account. Everytime time I try it say sorry something went wrong and I have to go on the website but the website glitchy

I haven’t been able to sign in thru the app or a computer device in months to check my account info. Very unhappy with t-mobiles online technology. Someone needs to fix this, I cannot believe it’s been this long that I can’t log in.

Developers, I Love T-Mobile but this version of the app is crashing frequently on my 12 Pro max. I can be chatting with support, viewing my bill, or anything and it will randomly close completely. This needs to be addressed and is highly frustrating.

Literally I have 1 hour trying to se speak with a human live !! WORST SERVICE EVER I switching to other company each time I call t Mobil they left me over 40 minutes waiting and sometime the call just end miserable service ..

Do NOT get T-Mobile for the 5G!!! 3 bars of 5G and never been more disappointed!! Just doesn’t work. It’s not slow. Just doesn’t work. Switched the settings in my new iPhone to LTE and back to normal. SMH.
