السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته بالنسبة لتطبيق المصرف يحتاج قسم الحوالات إلى تعديل ويسترن يونيون وهو أن تكتبوا بجانبه أن (التحويل منه للخارج وليس داخل الدوله ) لأنني أرسلت منه حوالة داخل الدوحة وحصلت مشكله عرفت من خلالها أن التحويل غير صحيح من داخل الدولة . وشكرا لكم

يتيح الكثير من الخدمات لكنه بطيء جداً وفي أغلب الأحيان لا يحفظ التغييرات. لا أستطيع تغيير بيانات الشخصية من خلاله. كنت أظن المشكلة في الإرسال (سواء واي-فاي أو فور-جي) لكن الظاهر المشكلة في البرنامج. ربما يحتاج تحديث ليتماشى مع النظام الجديد الى الآيفون iOS 14.

I don’t know how much effort they have put into the app , but it’s horrible and slow, super slow. It has to give you the loading mark on each move you do in the app. Any developer worth their salt won’t admit they worked or made this app. Crashes alot of times.

Bank is not entertaining the account request that open through app. And app is the biggest garbage app i have come across. Tried from 3 different accounts. Still crashes at same point. It has too many updates, whenever I open the app to use it, it needs update l. sometimes I’m in a hurry, and sometimes I don’t have enough data to update it. I think it’s better to put updating optional choice.

تم وضع هذا البرنامج لمساعدة العملاء وللاسف اغلب الوقت البرنامج معطل ، واحاول الاتصال بالبنك وللاسف دائماً مشغل انا اتكلم عن خدمة العملاء المسافرين خدمة البنك في قطر ممتازه لكن في حالة السفر سيييييئه جداً وانا اعاني من هذي المشكله في كل مره اسافر فيها بحيث احاول تسديد الفاتور بس ماقدر بسبب تعاطل البرنامج ومع تعطل البرنامج تتعطل مصالحي ودفعاتي مما يسبب لي الاحراج

Before 2 months I have same problem I change my mobile number i am going to the I fillup form I write my new mobile ask cancel my old number I need to activate my all transactions and opt code in my new number but still I received my transactions and top in my old number this is bank service and slove my problem

I can’t open a new QIB account. First ask my number. I give it! Then I received a OTP I entered it. Then a blank page I can’t see anything!

Its the most disrespectful and annoying bank i have been in my life, now about the application guess what it’s much more disappointed than what I thought. It comes on shows a few options whenever I click any option it gets blank. I suggest don’t go near them.

The app suffers from a lot of technical errors, and recently the app has a lot of updates, but still at the same performance level. I think QIB needs to work on their IT department.

انا ندمت اني فتحت حساب عندكم والسبب انه كل مرة قرار و سياسة بس علشان ما تعطونا قروض وكل مرة اقدم فيها على طلب تمويل يتصل علي واحد من خدمة العملاء يقولي آسفين حاليا مافي تمويل و بعد فترة يفتحون التمويل بس بشروط تعجيزية انه ما يصير تاخذ قرض الا حسب نهاية الخدمة عندك في الدوام ههههه يعني علشان تاخذ قرض لازم تكون شغال اقل شي 10 سنين

يتيح الكثير من الخدمات لكنه بطيء جداً وفي أغلب الأحيان لا يحفظ التغييرات. لا أستطيع تغيير بيانات الشخصية من خلاله. كنت أظن المشكلة في الإرسال (سواء واي-فاي أو فور-جي) لكن الظاهر المشكلة في البرنامج. ربما يحتاج تحديث ليتماشى مع النظام الجديد الى الآيفون iOS 14.

I don’t know how much effort they have put into the app , but it’s horrible and slow, super slow. It has to give you the loading mark on each move you do in the app. Any developer worth their salt won’t admit they worked or made this app. Crashes alot of times.

يتطلب مزيد من الجودة .. إضافة إلى تسهيل التعامل مع التطبيق وإضافة خدمات أخرى كفتح الحساب وحساب الأرباح التقريبية للاستثمار وحساب التوفير .. كما أن سرعته بطيئة .. وأحيانا يعلق .. عموما أنصح بتغيير شامل بدلا من إضاعة الوقت في تطويره .. ويعتبر متخلف مقارنة بتطبيقات البنوك الأخرى

It’s useful but during a lot of transactions it’s just stuck when OTP is required. so, you fill all the details again in hope that this time won’t stuck.

Worst app ever, crashes every time on the same point when you try to open account. Bank is not entertaining the account request that open through app. And app is the biggest garbage app i have come across. Tried from 3 different accounts. Still crashes at same point. At least keep your app up to date if you are not providing in bank services. Horrible experience

بطييييء جدا والتحويل الى حساب اخر ياخذ وقت ودائما لا يعمل من المرة الاولى احتاج اعادة العمليات ساعات حتى تنجز للاسف بالرغم من تاكيد المعلومات وصحتها ولكن البرنامج بطيء وفيه مشاكل كثيرة
