Where should I start? So first on start everything was fine. When I was in transactions online App Store google store iOS whatever’s play store. Anything turns out to be fine four days ago. They banned my account and so I messaged the third-party app. They didn’t took the payment. they said there’s end so I called the Bank of America, and they said it’s the App Store’s ETC!!!!! fault for blocking my account. When it states on the message I get is the banks fault so fix my card or I will be canceling and you will never see me again or make money out of my own money period!!!!!

It doesn’t show your current Pending Payment in the app. That’s why I always screenshots all my payments. Terrible app!

Haven’t had any issues since getting approved, however the app is just confusing compared to my other credit card apps. Not many things going on for no reason. I do t bank with them, only a credit card and a lot going on.

When I login to the app on my iPhone the behavior has changed. Now it constantly displays when I open the app that I have changed the password and my Face ID is disabled. That was a week plus and I have to keep entering my password and Face ID is never turned back on.

By far the worst banking app I’ve experienced. All of my other cards (chase, Wells Fargo, and Capitol One) offer a user friendly app where everything important is easily navigable and easy to find. It’s been impossible for me to figure out how to set up an autopay (I don’t think you can set this up on the app, have to go to the website) and the notifications are inconsistent. It hasn’t alerted me to anything actually relevant, and the reason for this review is I logged on today to find out I’m apparently late on a bill - even though I set up autopay and never received notification that it was different. Honestly worst bank experience, would never open another card with them.

This is truly one of the worst banking apps I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Bank of America is clearly failing when it comes to customer service and product development.

BoA has overdone the inability to use a debit card when it’s been used many times at the same location. Very frustrating and unnecessary. Even after 3 calls it didn’t work. Client for 30 years may be done..
