I like the Kegel workouts and how they‘re structured. The fact that you can slowly unlock new exercises keeps me motivated. But the other parts of the app seem a bit shallow. The insights are interesting but I wish they would go deeper (and they tend to have typos, which is bad since you have to pay to see most of them). They are well researched so I don‘t get why they limit themselves to the instagram story format. The daily challenges are a neat idea but I wish there would be a system to make them more interesting (like the kegel workouts). Maybe like points, or a way to track progress or something.

I've been using the app for a few days and it seems to be quite complete. The exercises are very good. A tip I can give for devs is to make the exercises longer, maybe even reaching 20/30 minutes of daily training. Workouts could also last up to 10/20 minutes.

At first I was really skeptical that an app can help you with such a personal thing. Since it takes 2-3 minutes of training a day I decided to give it a shot. Apparently the app works really well. My GF doesn’t know what the secret, but she likes the outcome 🙂

I was kinda skeptical when I saw the ad but decided to buy it anyway. I trained for 10 days and there was no effect so I decided it's a scum. But since I paid for it, I kept doing exercises. It took me like 3 weeks to feel the real difference and now I can say it totally worth every $! I see a lot of potential for this app, but wish there were more varitery in the training process. Overall the app is good, but before buying it, keep in mind it takes some time to feel the effect

The problem is only being that after two days of using the app it started to shut me out after every time I kept opening it I had to cancel my subscription and delete the app until further notice I can’t bring myself to re-download it until it’s fixed but apart from that you do get the results that you want just do hope that you’re a patient person not everything comes instantly, but yeah great workout app

I was scrolling through my phone one day and found this app advertised. At first I was skeptical but when I gave it a chance after 1-2 weeks I found myself with drastic changes and enhancements. I was mingling with a female and after a few alcoholic beverages we decided to go hang out in my room. Moral of the story I was at this point, 3 months into the kegel process and my stamina was unbelievable and my length had begun to increase also within these three months. The girl was so satisfied that she decided to go and tell all her friends about that night. I am a legend because of this app. Now approaching my 6th month using this app it is safe to say the gains are permanent. I have so much confidence that I’ll satisfy a girl now. This has opened up my mind to look even further than that. Knowing that you can handle women like that makes you feel like the man and you can take on the world. And that’s the type of confidence you need to be successful in this generation. Because of these gains,I’m not only the man around town but people will actually come to me begging me for advice. Finally, I would like to close off by saying that I, myself within the last 4 months have not yet been able to leave a lady unsatisfied. I like this app, as it allows me to do kegels not only regularly, but also secretly, without bothering others. The vibrations and audio cues are very helpful and challenges are really fun and useful. The only problem I have is that it doesn’t work with my watch. I’d like to be able to access the app when I can’t reach my phone

I have a problem that prevents me from doing exercises on my own- I get very easily distracted. And that’s a really big problem since I either count my reps very fast or slow, or lose number of exercises I’ve already done and etc. This app helped me a lot in organizing my exercises, as well as on staying on track during not only a week or so, but throughout several months, (I plan to keep on doing exercises till I hit a 1 year mark). In addition to that, these exercises really work, as I can feel (just as my wife) that my PFs got stronger.

Although looking quite nice at these first glance the app itself is shallow: it has all the same generic exercises and features than you can easily find in other or on internet.. but it has a lot of potential, I really liked fitness and challenges modules. I’ll pay for a few more subscriptions just to see where it goes.

I have been using this app about 2,5 weeks now and already made big progress and noticed great benefits. I tried other apps and they does not seems to work quite well like this one. My only criticism is that there is no other color themes — sometimes it’s hard to read the text on a dark background, especially when it’s sunny.

An sich ganz nett und gut aufgearbeitet, aber für 60€ im Jahr viel zu teuer. Für 10€ oder von mir auch 20€ einmal kaufen klar gerne, wäre es auch wert. Oder wenn’s unbedingt ein Abo sein soll zahle ich auch 10€ im Jahr, wobei das auch schon viel wäre. Die App ist auch nicht unbedingt sehr innovativ. Sie sieht schick aus und spricht eine gewisse Zielgruppe an, aber an sich ist das auch nur eine Intervalltraining App - eben für die Beckenbodenmuskeln. Prinzipiell kann man sich alles was die App verspricht auch mit ein paar Klicks ergoogeln. Aber wie gesagt, die App an sich wäre bestimmt 4 oder 5 Sterne wert, aber das fragwürdige Paymodell macht alles kaputt.

All the infos are available free online and the exercises can be found in any other app. And I don’t see any reason to pay 60 € a year only for a system that you can easily build yourself. The app is very deceiving: collecting data about you for a “personal plan” and after that it tells you that you have to pay to access it. This is not in app purchase, this is a paid app. @apple pls fix this and do not allow such descriptions in App Store.

It’s too bad they couldn’t come up with a better pricing model cause the app is pretty nice. I’ve read their responses to other people and they’re right, this app is seriously overpriced and they don’t even give you a trial. I got to do a “practice” session and then it wants to charge me anywhere between $19-$60. The developer also has ANOTHER Kegel app that looks exactly the same. Why? It’s a little weird. Lastly, no contact info anywhere.

After pressing continue, it did not need my fingerprint for confirmation for the payment, I didn’t want to pay but it still took my money, literal scam.

You download the app, thinking it's a free workout plan, as there is ZERO indication of any costs. Then you fill out some extremely personal questions, thinking, once again, that you now have a free solution to your problem. And then once you've finished, you're notified that to get this claimed magical workout plan, you need to pay almost 2 GRAND A YEAR. Just a reminder, you were never informed of these costs anywhere on the download page. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I would like to start off with saying anything they put on this app is public knowledge . I know this because I am taking a EMT class plus I live with a guy who goes to Med school . So with that being said don’t get the app it’s a waste of time . Might as well read mens magazines or buy a book and use your phone as a timer . Anyone can make a app these days a fake reviews all you need it money and how to use a phone. If you get this app and it rips you off you are the idiot simple ! Like dating apps these days they do whatever they can to make you pay for their so called service. The people making the app will do whatever they can To manipulate you into thinking they are doing a service . Typical deflection method haha with is very none in the sales world .

I started using this app Jan 12. I’ve been fairly consistent with daily completions of the 2 exercises from the beginning. My issue with the app is no new exercises have unlocked. If someone on the development team can help unlock more of the exercises I’ll change my review to 5 stars. I have also made the yearly purchase from start of app. A bit pricey for something to not function as designed.

Very basic exercise guide and articles based on pop psychology. There are enough free apps that performs the same function. Also lacks explanations and audio guidance. NOT WORTH IT!

It only gives very limited services before it locks you out and asks for money. You can get the same value with a stopwatch which is free on your phone so not really worth it in my opinion.

For the price of this app they should give you some Viagra! Look I gave it a shot for two months I did my exercises daily and by the end of my subscription I couldn’t justify spending the amount of money they were asking! it didn’t do anything special for the amount of money they were asking and there was never a clear understanding of progression... at the end of week 4 it unlocked a new exercise, then the same thing with week 5 but when I got to week 5 it never unlocked anything.

I bought the app to unlock all the workouts and I have had it for at least a month and a half. Why can I only access 2 workouts? Why take my money but not let me do everything the app has to offer. Either change this feature or you will NOT get an updated app review from me or a sub renewal.

I am supposed to have new exercises unlock after 4 weeks. Now had this app for 7 weeks and should have 3 new exercises unlocked by now but nope. Won’t be renewing my membership next week.

although these exercises do help, it’s not worth the money as you only get to do the 2 exercises. False advertising and shouldn’t cost money at all in my opinion. Not Only that but they make it extremely difficult for you to unsubscribe. Havnt had any issue unsubscribing from any other app but this one is extremely difficult to unsubscribe from and can’t help to think they did that intentionally. Been stuck paying for a year and a half, just do not buy the app and watch YouTube video instead.

Hi i did exercise but it is hard to knew that i am doing it in right way because there is ni photo or video which helps to describe About exercise there is only written information. You should add videos about exercise how to perform it in right way. It will be excellent if u can add that.

You need to exercise 3 times a day but you can only use it for free once. After that it will not let you Start and just keep prompting for buying subscription

The makers are profiteering from men wanting to improve their health. Download the NHS app instead, which is available for a one-off charge of £2.99 and is just as good. It’s called Squeezy for men.

Just completed a survey and ask for ridiculous amount of money without even showing a demo or trial for sometime... I can pay .. but without getting exposed to your content how i ll make a decision whether its worth or not... Think about it developers If thats how you want to run the business... i am sorry for you.

At first I was thinking that this app was a godsend. Only to find out that. It’s a scam. I completed my daily goal and the app instantly stopped working. Then every time that I would try to open it again, only thing that would happen was that the icon would pop up with the buffering symbol then as briefly as it happens I am reverted back to the my Home Screen on my iPhone. So like anyone who has ever had a faulty app. I made sure that it was backed up and I deleted the app. Only to download it again. Not only did they make fill out the initial questions all over it tried to charge me again for my yearly subscription. Then they had a second option of restoring my payment. Guess what....it cut right off again. WTH!

Trial didn’t give me any indication of whether this app is valuable. At $10/per WEEK I can’t imagine it would be good at all. Buying PFEI app instead which is only a $6 ONE TIME cost.

Firstly i get subscription for one year and they charged to me 97.99$ after that my mind changed and i go to cancel my subscription but their i see edit option for 1 week 16.49$ and the rest of amount they will do refund then I preferred for 1 week but they deduct also 16.49$ and rest of 97.99$ they didn’t refund to me So I’ll call it a scam

I bought this by accident I didn’t know what it was until I downloaded it it took £58,98 out of my card immediately as soon as it done that I cancelled the subscription but I still haven’t got my refund as Apple ID said I would get can you fix this problem please
